Journal of Administrative & Business Sciences (JABS) is a double peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary research journal of international outlook. The JABS is currently accepting manuscripts for publication due for print in May 2012.  JABS publish high-quality articles in English, for academia, intelligentsia, researchers, administrators, political and social scientists, administrators and behaviorists, students and the general public like. The journal is published on six monthly bases; however, a special issue may come to cover any special issue or conference proceeding with the approval of editorial board. The journal publishes papers of an empirical or conceptual nature as well as literature reviews of a cross disciplinary nature.


JABS provides a platform for academicians, business professionals,  and administrator’s scholarly works of intellectual and professional concerns on both theoretical and practical issues in the areas of business and public administration, human resource management, finance, economics, marketing, management, human and organizational psychology, corporate governance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and public health management.  JABS, being multidisciplinary in scope and interdisciplinary in contents, seeks to publish innovative, impactful and cutting edge research that breaks the rules of thumb and sets new grounds in the real world of business management and administrative sciences.

 

The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. Papers will be published in the immediate-forthcoming issue after acceptance. All articles published in JABS will be subjected to blind peer-reviewed from minimum two reviewers.


Our objective is to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript within two to three months of the submission. Following acceptance, a paper will normally be published in the next available issue.


Types of Paper:

Regular Articles: These should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures should be given in sufficient details for others to verify the work. The length of a full paper should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly.
Short Communications: A record of the results of small investigations of new models or hypotheses, innovative methods, techniques or apparatus. The articles may be with in 6 to 12 pages in length.


Reviews: Submissions of reviews and perspectives covering topics of current interest are welcome and encouraged. The Review articles may be with in 8 to 16 pages in length. Reviews manuscripts are also peer-reviewed


Book Reviews: A book review 6-12 pages on a book having relevance to academic knowledge and social contribution are welcome and encouraged. Book reviews are also subjected to peer -review like other manuscripts.


Submission of Article: Authors are requested to submit their original articles electronically along with the hard copy through post mail. The editorial review process followed by the blind peer review immediate takes place with the receipt of electronic/ soft copy of the article and however, the letter of acceptance or otherwise is issued after the receipt of hard copy. Authors are requested to adhere to the following guide lines given under the link of Instructions for Authors.
