It is notified for information of (Two Younger Brother/ Sister) FEE CONCESSION FORMS along with visible photocopies of CNIC/ Form “B”, are required for onward submission of the year 2017-18 on or before 04-12-2017.

Application form of the students must be certified by the concerned  Chairman/Coordinator/Principal.

Note:  No application will be entertained after the due date.
