Tender notice for Hiring of Building for student hostel

  1. “Islamia College Peshawar intends to invite sealed financial bids from building owners/reputed firms /Contractors registered with relevant Tax authorities, Govt. of Pakistan for hiring of suitable building/ accommodation for hostel near or in the vicinity of Islamia College Peshawar, on temporary bases for a period of one year and further extendible if deemed necessary. The hostel building is required to accommodate, maximum of 500 students of the institute.
  2. The bidding process will be in strict compliance with the provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Act and its Rules
  3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information/application form from the office of the Deputy Director, Procurement, ICP at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00 AM on 02/05/2018. All bids must be submitted inclusive of all prevailing taxes as per government rules , along with bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price (in the shape of bank draft/pay order). Late bids, deviation and incomplete/deficient bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened by the authorized committee in the presence of the             bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 12:00 on 02/05/2018. Islamia College reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
