Journal of Administrative and Business Studies (Peshawar) (JABS) is a research-driven, and a double blind peer-reviewed international journal dedicated to explore the latest development in management and to understand the translation of theory into practice and vice versa. The scope of the journal covers the fields of business and public administration, organizational studies, public policy, public management, decisional sciences, financial economics, sustainable business practices, governance and ethics.
The journal aims to focus on the issues faced by developing and under developed countries both in profit and nonprofit organization in public and non-governmental organizations. The journal welcome theoretical, analytical, quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, empirical and other emerging facets in organizational studies specifically the comparative works to understand the complexities in diverse cultural backgrounds.
The target audience of this journal is both scholars and practitioners from policy, administration and governance community. The journal encourages researchers to communicate in clear and accessible manner their research maintaining rigor and scholarly standards.    
Peer Review Policy
All research articles in this journal shall have to route through initial editorial screening and rigorous peer review.
The authors of submitted manuscript must provide a statement that the article has not been published and submitted for publication elsewhere. The authors should have to get permission from the copyrighted material from other sources applying both to direct and derivative reproductions. All of the published works become the property of the publisher.

Preparation of Manuscripts
The authors should submit typed, double spaced manuscript with at least one inch margin at each side. The manuscript should be summarized of not more than 120 words including 5-6 keywords. The maximum paper’s length should not exceed 9000 words. Journal of Administrative and Business Sciences follows APA style and all incoming manuscript should comply with the APA Publication Manual 6th Ed. Color art in the article will only be visible in the online publication.
