Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ur Rahman Saljoqi, Vice Chancellor, Islamia College Peshawar chaired an important meeting with the Heads of Teaching Departments to discuss academic matters, including the advertisement and promotion of graduate and postgraduate programs.
The Vice Chancellor underscored that universities are fundamentally established to offer higher degree programs and to advance research. He cautioned that any deviation from this core mission would undermine the very purpose of their creation.
He stressed that the success of this mission depends on the active assistance and cooperation of all Heads of Teaching Departments. With collective commitment and dedicated efforts, we can ensure that the University fulfills its mandate of producing quality graduates and contributing meaningfully to research and knowledge, he remarked.
