Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ur Rahman Saljoqi chaired a meeting of the Advanced Studies & Research Board at Islamia College Peshawar and disposed of all pending cases that met the prescribed criteria and requirements. He emphasized that universities exist to foster and promote research activities. He further directed the immediate constitution of a committee to frame regulations in accordance with the HEC Graduate Policy 2023. The Vice Chancellor also issued standing instructions to the Directorate of Academics & Research to hold regular meetings of the Board in order to encourage a vibrant research environment and prevent accumulation of pending cases. At the conclusion, he thanked both the internal and external members for their valuable contributions.
