Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ur Rahman Saljoqi, Vice Chancellor, Islamia College Peshawar visited the Departments of Arabic, Islamic Theology, Urdu, Education and Pakistan Studies. A joint meeting was held with the Chairpersons of these departments and the respective faculty members in the Henry Donnan Room, Takbeer Block.
During the meeting, the Chairpersons individually briefed the Vice Chancellor on the number of graduates and scholars produced by each department as well as those currently enrolled. They also discussed the space constraints being faced by some departments.
The Vice Chancellor emphasized that all Chairpersons and faculty members should work collectively to bring further improvement to the academic and administrative system.
