A joint meeting of the Heads of Teaching Departments and Heads of Sections was held under the Chairmanship of the worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ur Rahman Saljoqi. The meeting reviewed the preparatory progress for the reopening of the University.
Key points discussed included the maintenance of discipline, regularity and punctuality, promotion of mutual cooperation, effective functionality of Departmental Disciplinary Committees (DDCs) and Grievance Redressal Committees (GRCs) at the departmental level, arrangements for the orientation ceremony, issuance of class timetables, allocation of classes and courses, as well as the operationalization of the CMS/ERP system to ensure efficiency and transparency in academic and administrative processes.
The Vice Chancellor emphasized that the administration is strongly committed to providing a disciplined, student-friendly and academically vibrant environment. He reiterated that all stakeholders must work collectively with dedication and responsibility to uphold the traditions of this historic alma mater and to ensure smooth commencement of the academic session
